Here at Echo-U, we are excited to announce that our Bournemouth office has recently started working with life and pensions provider LV=.
A unanimous decision was made to bring us on board after we demonstrated that we were able to provide everything that LV= was looking for, with the added bonus of Echo-U South being local to the company.
We will be working with LV= on a customer service outsourcing campaign to reconnect with customers who have had policies with the insurance provider in the past. We will be responsible for taking inbound calls and emails from both existing and old customers of LV=, ensuring that we deal with individual enquiries effectively.
The LV= partnership will see us create up to 20 jobs in the Bournemouth office and successful candidates will work both on the account and support the wider team throughout our busiest period of the year.
The contract win also coincides with Echo-U South’s first birthday which we are celebrating this quarter. To mark a successful first year in Bournemouth, we will be hosting a party for staff, clients and friends of Echo-U who have supported us since our expansion outside of Newcastle (watch this space for a save the date!).
